The Program Manager supports the day to day delivery of Piece by Piece’s mosaic arts programs, working closely with participants, artists, and staff to ensure programs run smoothly and reflect our mission. This role helps coordinate classes, workshops, and studio activities and is based primarily at our South LA studio.
The Director of Development is a new hybrid leadership role focused on growing both contributed and earned revenue. This position leads major gift fundraising while also developing large scale commissions and corporate workshops for Piece by Piece’s social enterprise. The role works in close partnership with leadership and the board to expand relationships and support the long term sustainability of the organization.
