A deeply personal tribute to family and elegance, this 12" circular mosaic swirls with memory and light. The composition features a spiraling path of multicolored glass tiles—in earthy reds, greens, and blues—set against a textured white background scattered with lustrous faux pearls. The piece is anchored by exquisite golden floral brooches and delicate flower accents, creating a sense of vintage glamour.
This piece was handcrafted by Los Angeles-based certified artist Renae B., who incorporated special treasures from her mom's jewelry box directly into the design. Coming from a family of performers—where her mother was a dancer and Spanish singer—Renae uses these heirloom pieces to weave a narrative of love and artistic heritage.

Piece by Piece provides no-cost mosaic art workshops to low-income residents of South Los Angeles, Skid Row, and surrounding areas. These classes provide folks who need it with the healing power of art by teaching them how to make mosaics, and in turn, the trade enables them to earn income through their unique creations.
Mosaic is a strong medium and we use a variety of new and recycled pieces to create our works of art. Our artists are trained in using the most professional techniques to ensure quality work. However, in rare occasions, there may be need for a repair. Piece by Piece offers repairs due to material defects on purchased items at no cost for two years from date of sale. For items that have been broken, left outside, or in need of other repairs, we will assess the extent of damage and, if repairs are possible, provide a quote to restore your item. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
