Recently, the artists, instructors, and staff of Piece by Piece embarked on a field trip to Hauser & Wirth in Los Angeles' Arts District to explore the new exhibition called "Beyond Measure" by Thomas J Price, a talented British artist known for his diverse body of work.

Spring Break is here! The perfect opportunity for your child to spend some free time getting creative and learning a new skill! Join Piece by Piece for our upcoming mosaic workshop at the Vermont Square Branch Library on April 5, 2023, at 3 PM. Any school-aged youth is welcome to join in on the fun. This class is supported by a grant from The Water Buffalo Club. 

If you're a lover of contemporary art, then there's no better place to be than Roberts Places for the Kehinde Wiley exhibit. This exhibit is a must-see for anyone who appreciates art that is bold, vibrant, and full of diversity. Since the Piece by Piece artists and staff appreciate all of those things we went on a field trip to Roberts Places to wrap up Black History Month

Piece by Piece has launched a series of workshops for children ages 7-18. The free mosaic workshops will be held during breaks in LAUSD schedule. We have created these classes for students in our South LA community and surrounding areas.

While not unheard of, you don’t often see mosaics and paint combined into fine art pieces, something Laura and Piece by Piece do together, relying on their respective skills to create something beautiful and unique.
