We Had a Wild February!

Each month, Piece by Piece artists engage in weekly online instruction of themed projects. During February, our inspiration theme was animals!

In our virtual workshop, we created collage artwork, studying creative ways to interpret the fur, skin, and the very nature and personalities of animals.

Much like mosaic, collage is a piecework artform. Artists pulled from their resources including newspapers, magazines, and a variety of colorful paper.

The results were fantastic! Below are a few of the finished pieces for your viewing pleasure. Don’t forget to check back next month for March’s Andamento projects!
